Registration will close at 12:00am on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.

Upon approval, approved media will be sent a password to purchase a discounted $25 media ticket, which will grant individual entry to the event, and access to media only areas provided by Hotpit Autofest. Only 1 ticket per approved individual is allowed. Media is allowed to use a crew wristband provided by a driver for entry, and discounted ticket purchase will not be necessary.

Approved media will be required to attend mandatory media meetings on each day of attending event.

Parking is not provided by Hotpit Autofest, and will be the responsibility of all attendees.

All registrations are subject to an approval process. Hotpit Autofest reserves the right to deny registrations.

Approved media will be required to submit a minimum amount of content for future
Hotpit Autofest social and promotional use. Hotpit Autofest will contact media individual for any desired commercial usage.
