MEDIA REGISTRATION

Media registration for March 7, 2026 Round 1 is now closed.
We are no longer accepting registrations.

REGISTRATION IS FOR TRACKSIDE ACCESS ONLY!
Media not requesting trackside access (model media, car show media), will need to purchase a General Admission ticket.​
 

All registrations will be subject to an approval process by a committee of Hotpit Autofest staff.
Hotpit Autofest reserves the right to deny registrations.

Follow up information will be sent by Hotpit Autofest to email address provided at time of registration.

Approved media will be required to attend mandatory media meetings on each day of attending event.

Approved media agrees to follow all rules and regulations set forward by Hotpit Autofest and event venue.

No drones are allowed. This is not a registration form for drones.

Approved media not on assignment with a Hotpit Autofest approved driver or team, a Hotpit Autofest approved sponsor/partner, or a Hotpit Autofest approved media outlet, will be required to submit a minimum amount of content for future Hotpit Autofest social and promotional use. Post-event contributions will be reviewed for future media approval consideration. Hotpit Autofest will contact media individual for any desired commercial usage.
